Gallery Sally Dan-Cuthbert opened in August 2019, focusing on both important visual art and collectible design - the first of its kind in Australia.

The gallery represents some of the finest contemporary artists from Australian and New Zealand, living locally or abroad. Particular importance is placed on connections and how art and design sit together in a space. Gallery Sally Dan-Cuthbert’s program includes solo and group exhibitions by emerging, mid-career and established artists and designers who are interested in pushing boundaries, who feel new and brave and make us consider the world the work reflects or engages with. Its artists are selected for international museum exhibitions and biennials/biennales and are found in the collections of important private collectors and public galleries around the world.

The gallery is located in Rushcutters Bay, nestled between the Paddington and Potts Point gallery precincts. Importantly, the space was chosen for its light and aspect. The gallery employs clean lines and an exciting new approach to exhibiting, occuping a purpose-built exhibition and working space which brings together both natural and architectural elements for the display of art and collectable design. This furthers the importance placed on living with art and design together.
