Privacy Policy. Protecting your privacy is important to the Australian Art Events Foundation (ABN 97 137 878 098), organiser of Art Month Sydney. A reference in this Privacy Policy to 'we', 'us' or 'our' is a reference to the Australian Art Events Foundation, organiser of Art Month Sydney. We are governed by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), which are contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Act). If you are, or are seeking to become, an individual contractor to us, we may collect and hold information relevant to your engagement with us including qualifications, job history, length of engagement, pay rate and salary, bank details, feedback from referees and managers and training records. This may include individuals contracted directly by us or engaged via a recruitment agency.
